Our nursery is located at Stasie Road, Lushof Farm, Lushof South, Tzaneen, 0850, in one of South Africa’s most ideal horticultural regions. The subtropical climate, fertile soil, and reliable water supply make it perfect for producing strong, healthy plants all year round.
A key advantage of our growing operation is our sustainable irrigation system. All of our plants are carefully watered using on-site boreholes, ensuring a consistent, reliable, and controlled water supply that supports healthy root development and vigorous plant growth throughout the seasons.
Our Story & Legacy
Letaba Nursery has a rich horticultural history. The farm originally operated as a wholesale plant production site supplying nurseries across South Africa. Over the years, it developed a strong reputation in the industry for producing high-quality ornamental plants, particularly Azaleas, and became a trusted supplier to the wider horticultural market.
In 2016, Malcolm Yeomans and Eric Schubert took over operations and continued the legacy under Letaba Kwekery (Pty) Ltd. Since then, the nursery has grown significantly, expanding production, improving infrastructure, and strengthening its reputation as a reliable plant supplier.
What We Grow
At Letaba Nursery, most of our plants are propagated on-site, ensuring consistent quality and strong, well-adapted stock. We grow a wide variety of:
